Introducing a new $75 rebate for Whole House Fans
“The whole house fan pulls air in from open windows and exhausts it through the attic and
roof. It provides good attic ventilation in addition to whole house cooling. A whole house fan
provides excellent ventilation to achieve lower indoor temperatures. –US Department of
Energy, Energy Savers.Gov”

A new $25 rebate for Solar Attic Fans
A solar-powered attic ventilation fan runs exclusively o solar power. Outside air is forced
through the attic and out the vent to actively cool the attic space. This method of atticventilation is much more eective than natural
ventilation since the air inside the attic is exchanged more times per hour with a solarpowered
vent than with ventilation methods like ridge vents, turbine vents, dormer vents and
gable vents. In addition, using a solar-powered attic ventilation fan is much more environmentally
friendly as there are no fossil fuels burned in the powering of the fan.
